A crisp and clean white wine to have with shellfish, chicken, and salads. Simple in concept but not in flavor, this version shows the steely citrus notes of Riesling from "The Gables" Vineyard in Santa Rosa blended with some stone fruit and floral characters of our Estate Viognier. As both vineyards are getting a little older, I have noticed more depth in flavors and this vintage is our best effort by far. Extra time in bottle will add more richness and I am certain it will improve for another 3 years.
This Chardonnay from the very cool coastal climate at Hawk Hill Vineyard, shows a great balance of richness and crispness. This wine shines with food, is drinking lovely now and should remain so for up to another 5 years if you want to put some away.
The 2023 Rosé is a refreshing and light wine with its’ strawberry and pink grapefruit flavors. Perfect for any season to be chilled and paired with chicken, salads, and other light dishes. Will be at its best over the next 12-18 months.
