Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind our product and will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. Please send an email to winery@loxtonwines.com to arrange for the replacement of corked or flawed product or wines damaged during transit.
Once an order is placed you may cancel at any time prior to shipment for a full refund, if the wine has shipped before cancellation we will be unable to refund shipping fees and a return/cancelled shipment fee may apply.
